Initially this position will begin in an administrative capacity to generate letters and send them out electronically and US mail. Be proficient in with data entry and send out emails; as well as use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Sharepoint. Please have strong attention to detail and be able to work in an extremely fast paced work environment. The excellent position also coordinates all cases to include general administration, comprehensive case management and program compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act and all related employment laws. Interprets and administers leave programs and policies in accordance with the applicable federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act). Working closely with employees to ensure that all relevant completed medical documentation is submitted for timely review and producing reporting metrics analytics for all leave cases.
Minimum education: Five (5) years of experience in Human Resources and five years of experience in managing leave cases (FMLA, Short term disability) as well as workers’ compensation claims
